I know you are very excited to start selling the seven products included in this package. But before you do that, you must know and understand the terms and conditions that you must abide by if you want to start selling these great products…

When you purchase this package, you will get non exclusive Private Label Resell Rights to the seven products included in this package. This means that you are not the only one allowed to sell these products and other people can also buy Private Label Resell Rights to the products in this package.

I do not make any guarantees that you will earn any money with the products included in this package, your income will depend solely on your own efforts. It is impossible for me to guarantee that you will make any amount of money with the products in this package, simply because I do not know you, I do not know how hard you work, how much effort you will put into your business or your skill level. 

You are responsible for providing customer service to your own customers.

You are not allowed, under any circumstances, to sell, give away, or redistribute in any way, the raw MS Word files to any of the products in this package. So in other words, do NOT sell or give away the raw source files to any of the seven products included in this package.

You may not market this product in any illegal, immoral or unethical manner, including the use of spam (unsolicited commercial email) and off-topic newsgroup or discussion forum postings.

With the Private Label Rights to this product, you can do any or all of the following:

1.   Sell the Information Product. You are allowed to re-write, re-edit, add to,
      subtract from, add your name as the author, or anyhow you want to create an
      original Information Product which you can call your own. While there is no
      minimum or maximum price imposed, the suggested selling price is $37.00.

2.   You can convey Master or Basic Resell Rights to your Information Product if

you wish to.

3.   Create a series of contents for your web site. Add your own resource
      box/byline to the articles and publish them on your web site. You could allow your
      visitors to republish the articles if they also publish your resource box. This will
      spread your name and business information all over the Internet and increase
your link popularity for free.

4.   Create multiple viral articles for your newsletter. Add your resource
      box/byline to the articles and publish them in your newsletter. You could allow
      your subscribers to re-publish the articles if they also publish your resource box.
      This will spread your name and business information all over the Internet and
increase your link popularity for free.

5.   Create bonus incentives for your products. Add your resource box/byline to
      the bonus incentives such as E-reports or E-books. They will increase the
      perceived value of your product and give your potential customers extra
incentives to purchase from you.

6.   Create free bonuses for your newsletter/Opt-In list. Add your resource
      box/byline to some of articles and create some free bonuses reports, E-books or
      E-Courses. They will give people extra incentives to subscribe to your free
newsletter or Opt-In list.

7.   Create a free viral E-book. Add your resource box/byline to some of articles and
      create a free E-book. You could allow other people to give away the E-book for
      free or as a bonus product. They will multiple your ad like a virus. You also could
      submit it to some free E-book directories.

8.   Promote other people's products. Add your resource box/byline to the articles.
      Your resource box/byline could be promoting an affiliate program or a Multi-Level
      Marketing (MLM) company that you have joined. Allow or find other web sites
and newsletters to publish the articles.

9.   Give your affiliates articles for promotion purposes. Add your resource
      box/byline to the articles and allow your affiliates to re-brand their affiliate link in
      the articles or create a brand-able free E-book they could use. They will have
      plenty of powerful affiliate tools to promote your product for you.

Those are just a few of the many ideas, the possibilities are virtually endless!

The Restrictions are:

1. You CANNOT sell or give away the re-brand-able/ re-editable/ re-sell/re-author/
      re-writeable Private Label Rights the product, as I am doing here.

2. You CANNOT use these articles in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner,
      including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

3. You CANNOT add my name, business name or any other of my business or
      personal information to the articles. They are for your own use, not mine.

4. You CANNOT claim copyright to any of the articles unless substantial changes
      are made that legally separate the original article with your own reedited/
rewritten article.

5. All web site links (URLs) MUST point to business related web sites. This means
no porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites.

6. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in
      which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
